*This is just my personal review on a mobile shop located at Kajang town. MOBILE KINGDOMZ. NO HARM OR MEAN TO CONDEMN ANY PARTIES.SERIOUSLY BUKAN NAK BAGI BAD REVIEW ON THIS SHOP BUT U GUYS DESERVES.
Last week before Chinese New Year tu I pergi one mobile shop
ni lah. Dengan harapan nak trade in my old Blackberry (Curve model tak ingat
lah) then nak angkat satu bb baru. Lepas discuss punya discuss dgn otai2 bb ni,
dorang suggest suruh amik Bold 2. Memandangkan bajet pun bukan lah beribu *(kalau beribu I amek BB 10 jek.) haha!

So, I pun confident lah nak amik Bold 2, pakai sekali rebate
government yg RM200 untuk smartphone tu. Plus trade in dgn my old bb, I kena
byr certain amount and they give me warranty for 1 year. Then okay lah I pun
happy gila sbb dpt handset baru and cik tunang pun mcm happy sebab kesiankan I pakai
bb lama yg sgt uzur dan tak terdaya tu.
Surprisingly, on next week tu tak smpai seminggu from the
date I purchase Bold tu buat hal. Mmg aku pun panas lah hati kan. Baru nak
explore tetiba rosak and tak boleh on langsung. Sudahnya aku tak tido the whole
night tu sbb alarm takde. So, dr aku terlajak tido aku berjaga jelah dgn hati
yg panas.
Then esok pagi tu aku g ofis bwk sekali kotak bb tu gi la
kedai yg sederet jek dgn ofis. *dlm hati
nak hempuk jek kotak bb atas kepala cina tu. Tapi takpe kita psycho dulu
kepala otak dia. So, aku pulang balik Bold tu and cina chubby tu said they will
claim the warranty and hantar balik kilang. (konon2
jek kot).
Before tu dia nak swap la Bold aku tu dgn Storm. Aku dah ckp aku
taknak pakai touch screen sbb dah mls. Before this pakai Samsung. So dah
seronok pulak pakai keypad. Tp aku still boleh consider if Storm tu mmg baru
and okay, why not aku swap jek kan. Rupa-rupanya dia kencing aku lagi ckp Storm
tu baru. Bila aku godek2, sensitivity touch screen dia tak mcm h/p baru and ade
profile BBM dlm tu. So, that’s mean Storm tu dah pernah org guna and itu
profile BBM owner lama. KEPALA HOTAK ATOK
dia still nak kencing org. So, aku ckp taknak and biar depa claim warranty jek
Bold tu.
Then lepas about 5 days, aku g balik kedai tu and nak tanya
progree my lovely bold tu. Tp cina chubby tu takde. Aku suruh lah colleague dia
kat situ tu call dia. Sbb dia yg deal dgn aku kan. But before tu aku dah habis
maki cina yg ada kat kedai tu. Then dia call cina chubby tu aku pun on the
phone lah dgn dia. And this is our conversation:
Me: Eh, ape cerita I punya
Bold?
Him: Ouh, itu eh?
Sudah hantar kilang woo. Claim warranty.
Me: I mau tahu bila
boleh siap sbb u ckp taktahu2. Sampai bila mau tunggu?
Him: Ya lah, minggu
lepas cuti raya cina maa. Ini hari baru bukak.
Me: U jgn tipu customer woo, I treat tu mcm kwn,
boleh joke dgn I tapi u still mau tipu kaa?
I angkat itu telefon, I bayar tau. Bukan
I hutang! U sudah 2 kali mau tipu I tp tak dpt.
*Hati dah panas, ckp
last week dah hantar. Ni baru bukak pulak.
Him: Eh, sekarang I dekat
hospital ley, saya punya mak sakit. U mau pergi report, u report lah.
*he just hang up.
STUPID!
Dengan hati yg meluap2 mcm coklat diboil, aku call lah cik tunang.
Tanya idea dia mcm mana. Dia apa lagi mmg jawapan yg constant, u tunggu situ jap, I dtg. So, aku dah
tahu kalau dia dtg mmg dia hamuk jek then aku ckp takpe2. I settle kan dulu if ada apa2 I akan call u back.
So, cina yg ada kat kedai tu mcm cuak bila dgr report2 polis
ni (padahal staff dia yg start suruh buat
report). Then dia ckp sorry aa miss,
esok u dtg face to face sama itu gemok. Lagi senang. So, aku pun balik
ofis.
After lunch tu aku google nama kedai dia then ade blog lagi
uolls. Yg tak boleh blah sekali ada satu statement:
THE PHONE ALL NEW SET
*IF GOT ANY PROBLEM WITHIN 1 WEEK JUST CHANGE A NEW SET FOR U.. (IN NEW CONDITION)
WTF! Cakap tak serupa bikin. Then aku call lah Mr Ken dlm
blog tu nak complaint and he knows about this matter. So, dia janji akan ganti
Bold aku dgn Bold yg baru dlm this week juga. So, aku akan tunggu dlm this week
and if takde aku akan bg last warning before make a police report. Aku dah
malas nak bagi muka org pijak kepala sambil kencing berdiri. Banyak cantik!
